BlueLagoonTransfer.com is an informational and booking website operated by NorthTrip.is and is used solely to promote and facilitate bookings for services provided under the NorthTrip.is brand.
BlueLagoonTransfer.com is not a separate legal entity and not an operating or licensed trade name.

The operator is authorized to provide private passenger transport services and transport-only day trips under a valid Day Tour Provider License No. 2025-101, in accordance with Icelandic regulations.
No guided tours are provided.

Booking Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking through this website, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Service Provider

All transfers are operated exclusively by Marcel Sebastian Rajek, registered in Kópavogur, Iceland, and operating solely under the marketing name NorthTrip.is.

BlueLagoonTransfer.com functions only as a booking and marketing website facilitating reservations for services provided under the NorthTrip.is brand.

The operator is authorized to provide private passenger transport services and day trips under Day Tour Provider License No. 2025-101, in accordance with Icelandic law.

Guided tours are not offered.
 

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Rapyd Payments in ISK.
Prices displayed on the website are final unless optional services are selected during booking.
 

3. Booking Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent automatically after successful payment.
 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of pick-up or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method originally used for the booking
     

5. Delays & Changes

Pick-up times may be adjusted in case of flight delays or operational requirements.
Significant delays at the Blue Lagoon, the airport, or on the road may require rescheduling, subject to vehicle availability.
 

6. Liability

The operator is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, accidents, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
